Transparent Borders

Terug naar de index
A small white church, a handful of houses
And crystal blue lakes and islands of green
Like a newly born paradise fully surrounded
By grubby old worlds that can barely be seen

Vertical walls that strengthen intention,
In a no-man's land where Goldeneyes sing.
Worlds drift apart and people do gather
Crossing transparent borders, for doing their thing

A world in the rough with clashing emotions,
Can't do it alone, oh can't you see.
If fierce men knew how to settle their quarrels
In times long past, then why can’t we?
